Terms & conditions

These terms govern every order placed in the Ergaleio Pro online store.

1. Products and prices

All prices are in euro and include 24% Greek VAT. Shipping is calculated and confirmed before dispatch. Photos are indicative of the model.

2. Order and contract

Submitting the form is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded with our written order confirmation stating availability, shipping cost and delivery time.

3. Payment

Cash on delivery or bank transfer. Card payment is activated once the payment provider is connected.

4. Shipping

We ship with Skroutz Last Mile and BOX NOW across Greece. Bulky items are sent by freight forwarder and the delivery time is confirmed separately.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw without giving reasons within 14 calendar days of receipt, under Greek law 2251/1994. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

6. Legal guarantee

The seller's statutory liability for defects under the Greek Civil Code applies, as does any commercial manufacturer warranty.

7. Dispute resolution

For out-of-court settlement you may use the European Commission ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the Greek Consumer Ombudsman.

8. Governing law

Greek law applies. The courts at the seat of the business have jurisdiction.
