Privacy policy

This policy explains how we process your personal data when you visit the Ergaleio Pro online store or place an order, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek law 4624/2019.

1. Controller

The controller is the business operating this store, with the details stated above.

2. Data we collect

  • Order data: name, delivery address, phone, email.
  • Invoicing data, if you request an invoice.
  • Technical server data (IP address, date, page) for security purposes.

Your shopping cart is stored locally on your device (localStorage) and is not transmitted anywhere until you send an order.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Performing the order and contacting you: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract).
  • Issuing and storing tax documents: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).
  • Website security: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. Recipients

Data is shared only with parties needed to complete the order: courier company, hosting provider, order form provider, accountant. We do not sell data.

5. Retention

Tax documents are retained for the period required by Greek tax law. Other contact data is deleted once the purpose no longer applies.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15 to 22 GDPR). Write to the business email to exercise them. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

7. Cookies

The store runs without tracking cookies and without advertising scripts. Only local storage for your cart is used.
