To be filled in by the owner: legal name, registered address, VAT number, tax office, company register number, phone, email.
Shipping methods
- Skroutz Last Mile: delivery to your address or to a pickup point.
- BOX NOW: delivery to a 24/7 parcel locker.
- Freight forwarder for bulky goods (furniture, machines).
To be confirmed by the owner: shipping cost per method, free-shipping threshold, daily cut-off time and delivery time. Until then, shipping is confirmed in writing before dispatch.
Returns
14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, no reason needed. Send us an email and you get the return instructions. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Faulty items
If an item arrives faulty or wrong, we cover the return cost and the replacement.
